Es realitzaran tres categories per anar rotant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Prebenjam\u00ed (6- 8 anys)<\/li>\n<li> Benjam\u00ed i Alev\u00ed (9-12 anys)<\/li>\n<li> Infantil i Cadet (13-16 anys)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">El canvi es realitzar\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant una rotaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">La duraci\u00f3 de l\u2019activitat a cada estaci\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de 50\u2019 aproximadament.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 50\u2019 d\u2019iniciaci\u00f3 a la t\u00e8cnica de la NATACI\u00d3<\/li>\n<li> 50\u2019 de taller de CICLISME<\/li>\n<li> 50\u2019 d\u2019activitats d\u2019ATLETISME<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">Activitats (t\u00e8cniques instrumentals b\u00e0siques) que es desenvoluparan a cada estaci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> de nataci\u00f3 (flotaci\u00f3, resist\u00e8ncia, propulsi\u00f3 b\u00e0sica, t\u00e8cnica b\u00e0sica del crol)<\/li>\n<li> d\u2019atletisme (t\u00e8cnica b\u00e0sica de carrera, rodar en pista)<\/li>\n<li> de ciclisme (circuit d&#8217;habilitats, sortida conjunta pel pol\u00edgon, rodar en grup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><strong>TEMPORALITZACI\u00d3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">dissabte de 17 a 20,30 h<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">17,00.- rebuda dels participants i distribuci\u00f3 per categories<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">17,50.- inici de l\u2019activitat<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">18,40.- rotaci\u00f3 1<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">19,30.- rotaci\u00f3 2<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">20,20.- fi del circuit + berenar<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">20,30.- fi de l\u2019activitat, lliurament d\u2019obsequis.
